Tab into a text field selects existing text.
Description
When someone tabs into a Spectrum text field that already has content, the existing text should be selected so typing replaces it immediately. Placing a caret without selection forces extra keystrokes to clear or overwrite the value. Apply on keyboard focus into filled text inputs during form editing; do not change empty fields, mouse click-to-caret placement inside the value, or non-text controls that use different focus behavior.
