Interactive questions max 7 same place

interactive-questions-max-7-same-place

Interactive questions: ≤7; one at a time in the same place. Written to “you”; choices immediately under the question as answers; Continue/context-specific button (not “Next” if the page already has Next in multi-page nav); always a way back (“change your selection”). Dual-cite GOV.UK one-question-per-page (Canada keeps subsequent questions on the same page in the same slot). Pre-select most-common vs GOV.UK do-not-preselect is not a NEW row.

Description

Canada.ca interactive questions: at most seven, one visible at a time in the same place, written to “you”, with choices as answers immediately under the question. Use Continue or a context-specific button — not “Next” if the page already has Next in multi-page nav — and always offer a way back to change the selection. Dual-cite GOV.UK one-question-per-page; Canada keeps later questions in the same slot. Fail many questions at once, Next that clashes with page Next, or no way to change a selection.

When to use

Building a Canada.ca interactive-questions flow on one page slot.

Not when

GOV.UK one-question-per-page flows that advance to a new page each time.

Agent hint
