Message is not for important failures — Ant Message = top-centered, auto-dismiss (default 3s), non-blocking. Important failure → dialog with the reason. Do not use a lightweight prompt for important failure.
Description
Ant Message is top-centered, non-blocking, and auto-dismisses (default about three seconds). Important failures need a dialog that states the reason so the user can act; a fleeting Message alone is the wrong vehicle. Use this when severity is high enough that losing the copy on dismiss would leave them stuck — not for ordinary transient status.
When to use
Choosing feedback after a failure that needs a clear reason.
Not when
Transient success or low-stakes status that can auto-dismiss.
Agent hint
Put important failures in a dialog with the reason, not Message.
Important failure uses a dialog with the reason. Lightweight Message is not used for that failure.
Important failure only as a 3s top Message.
